But the more I tried to “fix” myself, the more broken, ugly and self critical I felt.

Each Module Follows a Three Part Method:

Awareness:

Gain clarity on the stories, patterns and beliefs shaping your life. With loving awareness, you’ll see these parts of yourself as necessary and valuable.

Acceptance:

Embrace self acceptance to honor your past and current experiences. From here, true healing and transformation happens!

Aligned Action:

With awareness and acceptance as the foundation, align your decisions and actions with the love you cultivate within yourself.

Modules:

Month 1:

Come Home to Your Body

Learn how to feel safe inside yourself again.

You’ll reconnect with your body, understand your unique nervous system responses and begin to rebuild trust with your physical self so you can stop abandoning yourself in hard moments

Month 2:

Love Every Part of You

You’ll uncover and understand the protective patterns and inner parts that have shaped how you show up. This month is about trandofring judgment into compassion so you can stop fighting with yourself, feel more grounded in who you are and show up in relationships with honesty, care and health boundaries.

Month 3:

Remember Who You Really Are:

Strip away all the old stories and identities you’ve carried and come home to the truth beneath it all: you ARE love. This month, you’ll deepen into your intuition, trust your inner knowing and begin living from the grounded, wide and loving presence thats always been within you (you just forgot😛).
